INTEGRATED METHODOLOGY FOR HAZARD AND RISK ANALYSES FOR MILK PRODUCTS

ABSTRACT - On the basis of analysis of literature sources and professional experience specific proposals for integrated methodology for hazard and risk analysis for food products in milk producing enterprises was proposed. The research related possibilities for integration of the proposed methodology with requirements of food safety standards are presented. Further investigations are required to evaluate the repeatability and reproducibility of the integrated methodology in more certified milk enterprises.
