ABSTRACT - Today, in the context of a dynamic security environment, issues related to national and collective security naturally become the focus of national states and international security organizations. The dynamics of international relations, as well as the bloody events in the countries affected by the so-called "Arab Spring" of Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, and subsequently Ukraine, make us treat our national and international security with great care and responsibility adequate to the requirements created by the new geostrategic environment.
