ABSTRACT - In recent years, internationally – respectively in the country, there is a significant approach in creating and establishing policies for early childhood development. There is a striving to create a clear mechanism of services that cover all the main areas of public policies affecting children at an early age - education, health, social policy, protection. Effective measures to ensure the most favorable conditions for child development are aimed at pregnant women, small children and their parents, as well as people who take care for children. Some of the challenges, that the policy on early childhood development is facing, are related to the need to create unified programs in a universal mechanism of interaction. In this way will be guaranteed access to a comprehensive package of services, which affect all aspects of child development and cover care in all areas.
