ABSTRACT: This paper proposes the System of Career Success in the Digital Age, a periodic model designed to conceptualize how social, educational, and organizational factors interact to shape individual career trajectories. Drawing on the structural logic of the periodic table of chemical elements, the model organizes key developmental elements into a coherent system linking micro-level interpersonal competencies with macro-level institutional environments. The framework is structured around four core developmental items—Empathy, Collaboration, Networking, and Leadership—and across four environments: Family, School, College, and Employer (employment) (ECNL/FSCE). By applying systems thinking and integrating agentic AI assessment, the model is expected to provide a multidimensional approach to mapping and supporting career path in the digital era.
