ANALYSIS OF TECHNOLOGIES AND SOFTWARE FOR TOPOLOGICAL OPTIMIZATION

ABSTRACT: This article presents a comprehensive overview of your topological optimization approaches, the main optimized tasks, as well as the methods for their implementation. Based on this study, it was found that topology optimization is a process in which the geometry of a given structure is improved to achieve optimal characteristics such as strength, weight, stiffness, or aerodynamics. In addition, the basic principles of topological optimization are also covered, expressed in: material minimization, stiffness maximization, optimal load distribution, and manufacturing constraints. The key components of SAE and in particular numerical methods are examined. An analysis of software products with modules for topological optimization based on the finite element method FEM and for other subject areas is performed.
