RATIONAL INTERESTS AND FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOUR WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION
Desislava Aleksieva and Elena Schopova
ABSTRACT Changing the human behaviour is a gradual process because behavioural change is the most difficult and slow to achieve, and the outcome is expected in the long run. The article reviews the various behaviour management approaches and techniques in terms of their functionality and rationality, focusing primarily on the importance of communication, interests, behaviour, decisions, and relationships in the management process for the enhancement of its efficiency. The success of that process depends on the degree of adaptation of the underlying ideas, goals and managerial approaches to the ever-changing internal and external business environment.
