ABSTRACT In the present article is summarized the influence of the low back pain on the employment, social commitment and lost ability to work, in particular the influence of those factors on the mental state of the patients. Result were announced from different authors, which are describing the connection between psychosomatic disorder and low back pain, economic problems, which they caused, the impossibility for social interaction and the change in the realistic self-esteem.
