ABSTRACT - The transition from a centrally planned to a democratic and liberal economy based on market relations, including in itself institutional, social and economic changes that have a significant role in the macroeconomic restructuring of our country. Privatization is a process that represents the acquisition of state property rights of entire enterprises and real estate by private individuals or, in other words, the replacement of state property with private property.
