ABSTRACT - The information technology sector in Bulgaria is extremely flexible, dynamic and competitive, exacerbating the demand for highly qualified specialists. Many organizations face the problem of not only finding talented, highly educated staff, but also increasing their motivation and frustrating their turnover. In this sense, we aim to study the content and structural features of the needs of Bulgarian computer specialists, who have the greatest influence on their motivation for work.
