ALTERNATIVE TOURISM - TRENDS AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY GURKOVO

ABSTRACT -The aim of our study was to examine trends and prospects for the development of alternative forms of tourism in the municipality of Gurkovo. Particular attention was given to the formation of the tourist package that the city offers, enriching it with new tourism products and the mechanisms for improving the quality and standard of tourist products and services. We set ourselves and we completed the following tasks - disclosure prerequisites and conditions for the development of alternative forms of tourism in the municipality Gurkovo; study the specificity of tourism products locally. Study prospects of Bio rally Gourkovo and Tourist Information Center and other cultural values. We examined the views of the local population about the future benefits of cooperation of the municipality in the field of tourism with neighboring municipalities. We used statistical, historical, comparative descriptive regional analysis. In addition, used scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction.
