ABSTRACT -In the modern dynamic development of economy and industry in particular, the integration of the concept of sustainable development in business organizations is one of the most serious conditions and opportunities to achieve competitive advantages and goodwill and prestige in society. Achieving this goal goes through the authorization and acceptance as a priority addressing specific challenges in integrating the concept. The article examines in what stages of development undergo these challenges in the last 2-3 decades. The aim is to put the framework of challenges in integrating the concept of sustainable development at micro level, followed by experience and research of various global and regional institutions and researchers. The results of development can serve to develop a new visionary approach for integration of the concept of business organization level.
