THE STRUCTURE OF PHYSICAL FITNESS - BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEST METHODS BY RESEARCHING THE PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES OF MEN
ABSTRACT - The article aims to present the structure of physical fitness as a basis for the development of test methods by researching the physical capabilities of men. It defines the physical fitness and discusses its major acts - static strength, explosive strenght and dynamic strenght, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination and endurance. Guidelines for test methods for studying physical capabilities of students аre outlined.
