TRAINING IN CUSTOMS CONTROL
ABSTRACT: In the context of customs modernization and the conditions outlined by the processes of global digital transformation, professional training, qualification, competence upskilling are prerequisites for successful customs activity. Organizational policy should consider the importance of customs staff training for the realisation of a quality control process. The aim of this article is to present the role and level of training within customs control. The object of the study is the different forms of training offered in the context of the customs profession, including in Bulgaria. In the study have been used the descriptive - analytical approach, the methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis.
