ABSTRACT: – In the long term, in today's dynamic environment, the activity of the agricultural organization can be successful, efficient and sustainable if it is socially responsible. In this article, we emphasize the need for a change in the consciousness, thinking and behavior of the human factor in the direction of accepting and applying social responsibility in the management of agricultural holdings, which will contribute to the greening of the management process, humane and ethical attitude, environmental responsibility and reasonable approach to all components of the environment to achieve effective management and sustainable development of modern agriculture.
