ABSTRACT: – In this article we focus on the conceptual views and basic definitions that determine the nature of the concept of "leadership" and highlight its specific features. Some concepts related to leadership are consistently analyzed and synthesized, with a focus on the various leadership styles relevant to the team and its activities. On this basis, it is found that in order to achieve team effectiveness it is necessary for the leader to manage according to the attitudes and abilities of the team, which inevitably leads to cooperation and higher work commitment over time.
