SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN ENETERTAINMENT BUSINESS IN BULGARIA
The entertainment industry around the world is undergoing major changes over time. With the advent of social media and digital technologies, the representatives of the entertainment industry are forced to transform and modernize their bisiness model and activities, their overall organization, work technology, as well as communication and relationships with customers, consumers and partners. The article examines the changes in the entertainment industry in Bulgaria caused by the development of social media and digital technologies and the attitudes towards their use by companies.
The aim of the present development is to study the extent of use of social media and digital technologies by companies from the entertainment industry in Bulgaria and to derive future guidelines for improving their use by companies.
