OPPORTUNITIES FOR MANAGING THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRESS
ABSTRACT - In the present study an analysis is made of the concept of combining the concept of "stress" and the dimension in the specific organization. The various sources of stress are consistently analyzed and synthesized based on which it is found that in order to achieve work efficiency it is necessary to manage stress according to the goals of the organization which inevitably leads to higher sustainability over time. The emphasis is placed on the possibilities for managerial influence which are expressed mainly in the provision of social support , which compensates to the greatest extent for the manifestation of stress and has a favorable impact on the course of the labor process.
