ABSTRACT - Managing the human factor in practice boils down to managing the behavior of people. Aspiration of every manager has his team to be as effective as with external clients, and in your relationship with the collective. Emotional intelligence is a complex whole of behaviors, skills, beliefs and values, which helps people to successfully realize the vision and mission, give him that option. The ability of each individual to remain calm and to control your emotions in complex situations is essential, both for businesses and for individuals.
