ABSTRACT - The outrages by means of conventional bombs in Paris, Istanbul, and Brussels indicate that the terrorists are determined to continue their horrible war against the mankind. It is more likely, that the next step from them is to use chemical and biological agents. The paper is a general analysis of the contemporary status of the Chemical and Biological Weapons, and why it is possible they to be used by terrorists.
